The culture is only good at Chennai Headquarters. As it spreads across to various regions, the culture is not maintained. Mr. Thyagarajan sir has a great vision and employees would want to stay in the company only for him.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in the company. Especially in the east region. I would have dedicated my entire life working at Spinco if not for the regional leadership and managers. They are extremely partial and only promote and support employees who they favour. The culture of the Spinco at Chennai office is the best. As it spreadsacross to different regions, the spark is lost. I have been waiting to put my heart out. So Mr. Thyagarajan sir, incase you read this feedback, please know that Spinco is really really close to my heart. Employees do not leave the organisation because of the compensation or benefits. They leave the organization because of bad managers and leaders. I hope this message reaches the correct people and necessary actions are taken by the management to be more transparent and communicate with the employees directly rather than with the regional leaders.
