I dint like anything about spice jet as they dont have professional work culture and the bigest thing salary issue

Being a loyal employe off spice jet during covied they didn't gave us salaries on top that after covied they put me on LEAVE WITHOUT PAY. Such a shame

I have paid my half fee however didnt get any job security after confriming that i will pay the rest fee if i will get an opportunity to fly again. They all lie before joining the company i were unemployed for 2 years and that was my first job and didn’t have an other source of income and didn’t even ready to pay the compensation for that mentality harassment. It was a nice company to work with that taught me how to to move on in life. At the most crisis point of time, they had cut off many crew members who had been working right after the lockdown, but right after a year they changed certain policies and started kicking out employees who were so loyal to them.

Dislikes

My advise is please value your employees who were working when the company was not even paying half amount of work they were doing and please do not terminate crew members on the change policies anytime. Respect those who were ready to die for the company

I miss spicejet life has turned upside down since the time I resigned from Spicejet , spicejet will forever and everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr remain my favourite , spicejet= my heart and happiness
