I like the way they exploit employees. They are very good at it.

From head to toe, everything. From last five years there is no salary on time sometimes it’s getting delayed for two months sometime it gets delayed for three months. Few of the people in the company, especially in my department, were pretty helping and supportive. They guide people to the best of their knowledge and best whatever they can do. Even some of the people understand your situation if you are in a problem and will help you up to the level they can.

Many of the people sitting on the reputed chairs of the company are partial towards their favorite ones. If you are on training and a mistake is done by your senior, then you will be the one who will be punished, even if you are a trainee. The company do not have funds and if you are working under them then you have to financially stable before joining as if you are living in rented apartment, then you have to pay the rent by yourself by lending money from your friends/family. the salary will come when you will be in a condition to leave the company.
