Everything is worst in this airline. Sales team is not a team at all. Every person is behind his own greed. No support of reporting manager even no support of the regional head. Overall some donkeys are working amd warming their own pockets.

Work environment is good. A place where an individual can learn on taking decisions and handling situations independently. Get chance to travel across and learn new things. Meet new people everyday at your work place(at airports)

Dislikes

Salary is too low compared to the efforts given by the employees at Airports. However, company claims they are the paymasters, but it's a false statement. There are no perks given as deserved.... appraisal are discriminated and not transparent as it should be. More number of years you are associated, less salary you are paid.

I like the way they exploit employees. They are very good at it.

From head to toe, everything. From last five years there is no salary on time sometimes it’s getting delayed for two months sometime it gets delayed for three months. They don’t care if the employee is able to eat something he has enough money to survive. His family can survive. I have seen people who met with accident, cracked their bones but still called to office to work. Few of the people in the company, especially in my department, were pretty helping and supportive. They guide people to the best of their knowledge and best whatever they can do. Even some of the people understand your situation if you are in a problem and will help you up to the level they can.

Many of the people sitting on the reputed chairs of the company are partial towards their favorite ones. If you are on training and a mistake is done by your senior, then you will be the one who will be punished, even if you are a trainee. The company do not have funds and if you are working under them then you have to financially stable before joining as if you are living in rented apartment, then you have to pay the rent by yourself by lending money from your friends/family. the salary will come when you will be in a condition to leave the company.
