I like many things earlier but now nothing

I worked for 4 yrs there but when i shifted to cms department Being a women i face lots of issue there after my good performance there is no appraisal. There is no work life balance & job security. There are lots of politics happens in the management. They don't support me in my worst time i lost my father suddenly in may last even to support me they torched me to leave the job so finally i resigned in August cz i can't tolerate more. Last but not least they don't do good with me cz my family need financial help that time & they force me leave my job. Now i think i wasted my 4yrs on such company who can't stay with you with your down time. All are culprit there in CMS team except Abhimany sir he is very helping person.....Read More
