Leave policy is fine. That is the only positive i find.

They do not have a proper way of merging , collecting or collaborating daily reports, All the work is work is done on excel and that too on very low configuration pcs. Amenities given by office are poor but they need tasks to be done immediately without delay. They do not have a proper tool or software to rely and save data. Even attendance is taken on excel like kindergarten. The manager has clue of nothing, Then manager is biased to other shift. The manager takes blames the name of the director of the process and itself plays games. He lays of people who has more salary and hires others who have 1/3 salary. Growth is too less. Training and development managers are not here. So no proper training which affect the production. Too much work loads are given and leads simply sit idle. Leads play pubg and sleep while we supervisors work. Even though we are called supervisors, leevl change is not given and hence gets lay off very nicely....Read More

Agents without any experience getting promoted as leads just because they satisfy the people who takes interview. HR for running a family commotion in work space, they only consider their loved ones especially junior HR who doesn't have an idea of the work. Run around gossiping with the people on floor. Don't know what work they should do.
