I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Nothings to like here. Vishal Sharma and Sandeep Banka thinks that everyone in finance department is their slave. They can do anything and no one will go against them. If someone wants they will sack them.
