1. Poor management. 2. Work-life balance is worst here. 3. Just focusing on the sales no. doesn’t help in company growth. Speedlabs is neither Employee centric nor Customer centric. Hiring new employee and firing him within 1 month, How foolish a company can be! I doubt that the owner is IIT and IIM alumni, such a pathetic brain he has got. You never focused on your employees. I would suggest not to join here, Worst experience, worst company with politics and poor management. You don't learn anything new here except sales 0% work life balance, 9:30am to 10:30pm they need employees to work. No compensation, no benifits, no incentive, they don't give travel al lowance but they need one to work on field with own money. There is no word called company culture here There is no job security as it's complete politics they will terminate when ever they need, hire and fire 0% career growth, if you do 5x of your target also you won't be appreciated or getting incentives, promotion is not even possible here. Firstly, the workload at SpeedLabs is exceptionally heavy. Employees are expected to work long hours, often extending to 12 hours a day. This excessive workload can lead to burnout and negatively impact employee well-being. Furthermore, there is a lack of respect for employees at SpeedLabs. Many of us feel like we are treated as noka r, rather than valued members of the team. There have been instances where employees who refuse to work on Sundays are met with disdain and are unfairly labeled as disobedient. Additionally, there is a pervasive attitude that simply because SpeedLabs pays its employees, they are entitled to demand unreasonable levels of commitment<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. This mentality disregards the importance of work-life balance and fails to recognize the individual needs of employees</mark>. Age discrimination is also a concerning issue at SpeedLabs. Employees of all ages have reported instances of being insulted in front of their colleagues, creating a hostile work environment that is detrimental to morale and productivity. Moreover, there is a lack of consideration for personal boundaries, as employees are frequently expected to attend lectures or perform additional tasks outside of their job description, often extending into late hours of the evening. In conclusion, I believe that the current working conditions at SpeedLabs are unsustainable and detrimental to employee well-being.
