Salary is not credited on time. No Management. Bhagwan pe choda hai sb. You can survive in company without working just you to have to ji huzuri to right people. No vision. They don't plan and directly jump to execution.

1. Poor management. 2. Work-life balance is worst here. 3. Just focusing on the sales no. doesn’t help in company growth. Speedlabs is neither Employee centric nor Customer centric. Hiring new employee and firing him within 1 month, How foolish a company can be! I doubt that the owner is IIT and IIM alumni, such a pathetic brain hehas got. You never focused on your employees.
