Salary is not credited on time. No Management. Bhagwan pe choda hai sb. You can survive in company without working just you to have to ji huzuri to right people. No vision. They don't plan and directly jump to execution.

Hiring new employee and firing him within 1 month, How foolish a company can be! I doubt that the owner is IIT and IIM alumni, such a pathetic brain hehas got. You never focused on your employees. General manager, Regional manager, Territory manager designation toh aise di hai sabko jaise khairat mein mil rhaa ho. You never tried to retain “Good brains” of the company.
