The working nature is good but the supervisor in a production department is not upto the mark he don't know how to plan the production process and how to use the manpower it just go on doing two jobs at a time, and he don't to how to use freshers talented guys due to is mistake so many talented boys lose the job, The important pointis the more talented guys or not get a permanent it towards the company only the experience guys who works for 4 to 6years they get permanent...Read More
