Appraisals are just like beans and nuts You've to make sure that your work is perfect and there is no bug/issue otherwise they will shout at you in front of everybody without thinking for a moment They only care about sales not the employees No job security, if profit is low then you can be terminated anytime

Worst management, no sense of responsibility from managers or directors end. Very unorganized working system. Red flag is way of communication in terms of work and usual both. Highly recommend to stay away from such work culture, degrading professionally and indirectly affecting personally too.

As a part of its work - personal life balance policy, it believes in employees taking regular time off from work for their families, friends, personal recuperation and does have adequate numbers of leaves in place for same.
