Basically, you will lose your work life balance. I used to sit idle for weeks before I could get work. Skill development will be average. They have projects which are 10 to 15 years old. No technical knowledge growth.

HR management is below poor. The CEO does not care about it. HR is the new CEO of the company. Politics will be your friend here.

1. Don't join the company or get ready to suffer if you join. 2. Bad HR Policies like no salary in notice period and if you resign three months after hike is given it will not reflect on documents. 3. HR Manager and HR Team don't respond at all 4. They lay off employees in covid with short notice period 5. Manager with no technicaland management skill who want the work to be done no matter how it should be done. 6. No new projects are coming since last two years and they give u some freelancing work from Upwork 7. Worst Department in the Company is BIA Vertical manged so poorly that their managers don't even take daily team calls and have zero technical knowledge. I must say that the work environment at SPEC INDIA is spectacular. You can grow yourself by learning new things. So, there is a good career growth for everyone. The seniors and management is always helpful whenever you need their help. The company offers Flexible timing & 5 Day working, so you will have a good work-life balance. Their appraisal and promotion policy is very good.
