There is absolutely nothing to like about this company. It is an absolute waste of time and efforts to work at this place.

Dislikes

This is a horrendous place to work. They will make you work and suddenly one day terminate you for silly reasons. This is entirely a scam and beware of their dubious activities. I had worked for more than 58 hours in less than 2 weeks and one fine day they terminated me. there is absolutely no use of working here and it is a complete waste of time and efforts.

During my internship at Spearmint Tech, I experienced a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and an unstructured work environment. Tasks were often assigned without proper guidance, and expectations were unclear. There were sudden changes in work priorities, unrealistic deadlines, and extended working hours beyond the scheduled time without prior notice. Instead of fostering a learning experience, the company seemed more focused on getting tasks done without considering the interns' growth.
