Working with Spearline, seems pretty good, till this date I am writing this, Best Practices and SOP's are established, The culture made is very equal: for All, there's nothing like bossiness, HR are really "Hard Working" and I quote that :) Geographically spread small but difinitive team doesn't seems little. Company policies are excellent since they have stepped up for remote working policy, There is nice management structure as well and nice office enviornment.

Appraisal is too less as compared to what company growth is being achieved. Considering there was no appraisal since past 2 years, Employees expected more than what it was provided.
