Working with Spearline, seems pretty good, till this date I am writing this, Best Practices and SOP's are established, The culture made is very equal: for All, there's nothing like bossiness, HR are really "Hard Working" and I quote that :) Geographically spread small but difinitive team doesn't seems little. Very focused to the tools provided to the employees and are given good ones.
