Company policies are excellent since they have stepped up for remote working policy, There is nice management structure as well and nice office enviornment.

Dislikes

Appraisal is too less as compared to what company growth is being achieved. Considering there was no appraisal since past 2 years, Employees expected more than what it was provided.

I joined Spearline as a Business Analyst in Product Team. all employees and management are very supportive and helpful. interview/Onboarding process to working with Team, all looks good . they give me proper training and task alloc
