President of the company is ineligible person for this post, Every month salary delay by 25-30 days, Compulsory salary deduction 10% , and they deduct salary on every mistake did by employee Zero work life balance, President dont how to talk with employee HR are big liars in this company mostly ineligible managers

Started working 2 years ago at Spar Geo Infra. The company staff provided support on a professional front and provided support and guidance on a personal level as well. I have gained more potential as a civil engineer with continuous training and flexibility to work. Now becoming a core member of one of the biggest projects of the company.

The management of the Spar Geo is not at all good, they do politics like things in work place, they wont motivate you for your work, no one going to listen your problems they will lie about many things.

12 hrs a day shift and 2 days off in a month and u will get 15 days official leave a whole year. No medical leave. No bonus. Nothing to be cheerful about job in Spar Geo Infra.
