Nothing at all, nothing. HR over there was a joke. She have no clue on how to talk & is a complete layman. Zero knowledge on every designation.

Dislikes

They had a Worst HR who doesn't have basic manners to attend a call, is poor at her job. Overreacting on everything. Terrible in communication skills, don't know proper fluent English.

I didn't like the work culture, they need out put but not ready to facilitate what you want. I've waited for 2 months just to get LinkedIn premium access. Finally when they didn't give I subscribed 1 month trial. after that one got expired they didn't bother about that.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
