We have vision less and aim less management currently . Regional head of Bangalore wre m Woking is totally biased and can never create a fruitful environment. We don’t know on what basis people gets promoted here . Today if bank offers VRS then min 300 people will resign immediately. Salary is the only aspect which may fetch a bit of attaraction, but even then the work load doesnt justify the salary

Dislikes

The structure is very rigid and conventional with least option flexibility. Banks are forcing for sales but with no framed strategy...not at all a recommendable job I must say.

There is no continuous Management at top level sudden changing in the management only orders and circular issuance.There is lot of higher ups to supervise us and sought us No one will come for ground work not recommended for youngsters
