There is nothing to like about working in Source Mantra.

Dislikes

1. A place where you will loose everything you have learned prior to joining sourcemantra. 2. Very unprofessional and immature people running the company. 3. Cant really call it a company because it's more of a family & friends running a flop business. 4. 0% Benefits. Funny part is they compare themselves to MNC's😂 5. Salary credits after 10th to any date of the month whenever they feel like crediting. 6. Job Security is absolutely Nil. 7. Staffing business with no credibility. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
