As there are lots of projects in the company hence, sometimes the workload goes beyond the expectation level that may cause somewhat very discomfort to someone, and sometimes due to excessive workload have to do some stretch, this is again felt not good every time.

I am a part of Web Development but in the e-commerce domain. I have to look after the entire project from top to bottom from its initial phase to its development to its execution. I personally feel that there is a lot of scopes to learn something new.

The company has many projects and different teams so, job security is there, growth is also very good here. HR is really good and responsive. Salary is on time, even in this pandemic situation. Management understand employee's needs. The work culture is very good here. The team members are quite helpful. Company is providing work from home facility during this covid period.

I really like the people I work with. There's no negativity around. Also, we have a very positive work culture.
