I have working here for quite a long time. The work environment is actually amazing. Team members are very supportive, and the management is always ready to listen to us. There is no pressure to produce a huge word count; the focus is on quality. The SEO team we work with is also fantastic.

Not a dislike particularly, but this is no place for writers who compose boring content, and cannot innovate beyond a bunch of given keywords. The projects here are very unique.

The company is filled with arrogant and incompetent managers who take advantage of their position and humiliate people for their ego satisfaction. Some managers have half-baked knowledge and use the same to judge writers. They have an on-shore editor who make comments with underlined racial discrimination. The company has privilege leaves that you have to earn but they will neither let you take it nor give encashment of the same. They make big false promises. They were a good company a few years back and gradually they went downhill. The PF was never deposited on time and documents were also not updated.
