During this Pandemic they terminated staffs and one who are left we're unpaid leave with food allowance. However, I feel bad for those they terminated but already took their annual leave. They receive less gratuity as deduction of the annual leave they took in advance due to pandemic (in which most of them are newly-hired 3mos-9mos staff were deducted). There is also 1 staff her flight at 20:00 but at 18:00 she is still in the hotel waiting for her gratuity settlement. It's hassle for her in which she has to catch the 20:00 flight....Read More

Dislikes

I feel discriminated in my workplace. There is department manager only choose specific person to work in the department. In which it is unfair he should make a rotation so every staff can still work and paid even a short period of time as long they receive salary other than food allowance to provide their family.
