The working culture was good. Timings were good. Was getting appraisal for working nicely. Got a chance to attend events conducted by SOTC and experienced direct handling of customers. Got an opportunity to sell their products.

Sometimes the work became monotonous. They did not filter the datas for which we had to listen.
