Not a good option to work here if you are on contract, corrupted, only senior profile getting good hike and rest of getting chiller in the name of hike, don't think about getting hike if you are on contract doesn't matter how hard work you do. Got mistakes on even tds deductions they got cut off from your salary and not paid to income tax you can understand what happened
