They even charge for the shuttle which they provide for fixed time. If you miss the shuttle, you cannot board another shuttle. Despite transportation department drops you an email to deduct Rs. 100 for no show. Cab rates are very high. They didn't do my farewell on my last day which is done for each and every person. India center is a support center for UK, and at any point of time when things are not working out in UK from the costs reduction point of you. UK takes the India process back without any justification and then ask skilled/ experienced people to leave, irrespective of the fact the India resources are less costly and also has skills.
