The company policies sometimes baffle me. For simplest of the tasks there are no policies and no reporting available. The team in India is toxic. If you are outspoken, then forget your career growth. You have to do as they command you to do else, there are consequences.

I work closely with the leadership team in IN and NA regions. There is a lot of competition and friction between the cross functional teams. They don't have a unified goal of customer success but instead try finding faults with one other.
