Sopan is a great company. I enjoy my all time which was spend by me in sopan. I completed my DET training from sopan. And all time I feel great in there. Working culture is excellent.

Management is really not good, they do partiality always. Mostly this company hires employees for sites. But this company never maintain a higeinic living environment at site. If you are praying & asking for maintaining good facilities at site , they were just saying that you have to compromise bcs our site budget is very less.

They never maintain working culture at site ,They never think about employees job satisfaction, Their thinking is totally miser ( Kanjoos).

Everything there is nothing to like. Specially I dislike centralized system For a purchase of Rs.1, you are not the authorised. AGM , DGM some NEW DGM are not good. They make it seems like it's not their fault.
