There are many Always you will be under tremendous pressure, one month if you didn't matched the expectations salary will be deducted. To much micromanaging,management is really poor interms of all. No proper customer satisfaction they will always run behind money money, etc....

Not even a single thing was a good thing here except for a few colleagues.

A terrible terrible company. The founder plays too much politics in the company and creates conflicts within the departments. They are only focused on making money and not serving the customers nor any benefits for the employees. (So, if you are an ethical person this is definitely not a right place for you). The employees who are working for a while now are so rigid and lazy in terms of coming out of routine and trying or experimenting new things. For one single thing it takes months for approval only. They say there's an open door policy, and accepts all suggestions but it's actually open door policy of employees joining and leaving in a short period of time. The CEO of this company is very money-minded. He doesn't care about customer problems and refunds their money and also if you are working in sales profile he will not give salary if you are not achieving the target. If you are leaving the company don't expect he will give salary. You have to work for free for a month
