I still feel why i joined this pathetic company its been only 2 months and they are talking about terminations of employees , and layoffs from the project even though we are in training. There is no job security . Management is not at all capable of handling the client my manager his name is santosh he will shit in his pants when client tells something.

Every thing I don’t like. Please don’t ever join this organisation they don’t even give value to the employees.
