Very good place to work. Management is good and they always think about the team. The people who work hard always gets recognition. As it is support project and it impacts Othershift members, if anyone coming late mgmt says to post a message in group chat to inform the team which is totally understandable. No concerns and always happy to work Solugenix.

Dislikes

Mgmt give too much lenience to the people who don't deserve and who don't understand the company limitations as it's medium org. Company is great and mgmt is wonderful.
