This is particularly beneficial for individuals who are in the early stages of their careers/ freshers out of college. The company encourages innovative thinking, which, in theory, fosters a creative and collaborative work environment. While this was encouraging, the practical application of these innovative ideas faced challenges due to project constraints and prioritization.
