Likes

Company is good for madurai local people especially for girls. Pros: Good environment, Sometimes there will be some fun activity, Good for local people, Colleagues will be super friendly, ESI & PF benefits are good. Cons: Salary package is not good especially hike is very poor, No growth in designation basis, no extra pay for extra hours.

Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Salary is ok, but not good for male candidates especially for family man. Growth is simply worst. It takes lot of years to get to the next position!
