Job security is high,. Skill development is not much as expected from MNC after certain period of time. Not much activities conducted for employee for balancing work life. Less benefit for employee who doesn't have god father. Culture is not developed deu to bad management. Need a hand on employee of higher authority person for development or career growth. Work satisfaction is zero for smart and furious personality. If any one want slow and steady growth without any work. No performance rewards....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
