1)corporate politics 2) inter-departmental politics 3) manager will always de-motivate you and say you are not worth it for this role weather or not yoj give your best. 4) They always motivate you to resign from company the day you start your job. 5)Blind trust of Manager on one person and judge other person according to that particular one person’s perspective. 6)contractor supervision get more importance than engineer. 7) No value for your hardship 8)worst canteen food 9)worst management 10)No growth 11) communication gap within department 12) complaining to HR is waste of time...Read More
