Solar Group is currently evolving in terms of its HR Practices, and policies. Focus has always been towards manufacturing capabilities, which now is also moving towards better service orientation. This is an evolution, and nothing to dislike. 6 days working week (Full time) does get tiresome at times.

Solar has good facilities for employees, office, factory culture is good and job security is good.

There is a bus facility to come to the factory but some people don't get seats because seats are allotted to maximum number of people, so no one leaves their seat.
