Micromanagement is the biggest problem in the company. Higher Management is playing politics. Very Un-professional People in the Management. The sales & management department is dealing with low prices for projects and blaming the Development team that they are not getting profit from the department. And on the Increment time, they are giving excuses. In the company you don't have the right to talk if you have any issues. As i am UI/UX Developer, i have mad skills in illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe and coral. Moreover, I have created wireframe, Storyboard, Userflows, Process flow and site map to effectively communicate interaction and design idea.
