They will give you a designation of full stack developer not because they find a candidate suitable for it but because they do not have designated teams for fronted development, QA, support team, Backend development team. nothing, outdated technology which did not help outside, you will feel like fresher if you leave company

their apressal system is totally based on perception, perception build on only social interaction of employee and show off. If you are introvert you will never grow and you will be in fear that they will remove you anytime

It was very nice experience to work with project Managers and Product Managers. Good knolegde sharing. The Managing Director is very tallented and I learnt a lot from him.

Company policies are not employee beneficial. It always employer beneficial.

It was hectic but in terms of travelling to client site, but I learnt a lot by handling various projects, visiting clients sites within India and outside of India
