no nothing. I am not getting anything to say in a positive way about this company. I feel wested my 1 year of time in this company.

Dislikes

1)No one shares their knowledge with others because of there dependency important to them. Leads are not sharing the knowledge. 2)Very Very low appraisals. less salary they provide. 3)There is no recognization even if you are a good hard worker. 4)There are a lot of internal politics. They will give importance to only Tamil guys even though they are not capable. 5)No training nothing only self-learn. no support also. 6)no job security because they remove my teammates immediately because of a bit low performance. they will not share the knowledge with other even those they expect the good performance. 7)To take the leave we have to beg them. A very big process to get the leave. First, we will get the approval from Team Lead, then project manager then reporting manager, then we have to beg the team members to cover my shift. If every one Ok then only you will get the leave. 9)extra hours work. if anyone takes the leave we have to do the double shift. 10)No allowances for extra work. no allowance for the night shift. 11)six working days for the week. 12)no insurance to the employees. 13)Like this lot of more things there to tell about this company....Read More
