I have learned to how to work in toxic culture. Some of the teammates are very nice & supportive to each other.

They want their employees should be come on time but when it come to leaving the office there is no such a strict rule are implemented. Manager continuously changes your JD. When any junior did any mistake, manager has only one dialogue ( Replace this person). When we discussed this with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client. Dislikes

Month-end closings can be quite time-intensive, especially during hard closing periods, which can be stressful. The employee benefits, particularly in terms of medical coverage, could be more competitive. Additionally, the use of an older ERP system like AX can slow down processes. The lack of a leave encashment policy is another area for improvement.

I joined because of the brand & I was told it will be hybrid & 2 days WFH, but it turned out to be totally different later on .It was totally misleading & kept on changing.

Dislikes

1.No concrete policy & keeps on changing according to dept heads. 2. They don’t value the employees only care about business 3. No work ethics's only promoting buttering& personal biasness. Sr. Managements attitude is pretty bad.
