Work culture in Sobha Engineering is good. There is Cordial relation between HSE , Civil & MEP team at site . Management support is good. Job security cannot be predicted it depends on the projects. Salary is not on time it's two to three months delay. Company accomodation is good . I came back to India but I didnt got any maturity, pending salaries and other benefits like ticket reimbursement....Read More

My experience in Sobha Engineering was excellent. There is good team culture both from HSE , Civil & MEP teams. Only lacking of the company is that Salary is not on time.

Work Details

Working time starts at 7am and ends at 6pm. There is two breaks at site . Breakfast time is 9am to 9:30am and lunch time is 12:30pm to 1:30pm. Transportation is provided by company if you are staying in company accomodation.

Good Quality Control, workplace cleanliness and safety, Good labour camp etc Zero Job security, Awful work culture, egoistic management, no one know even what are company polices or zero consistency for policies, One way communication, no talk about future always in short term goals or even micro term goals

Poor leadership management, Poor finance management, No transparency, Hire Fire HR management, and a lot
