Work culture in Sobha Engineering is good. There is Cordial relation between HSE , Civil & MEP team at site . Management support is good. Job security cannot be predicted it depends on the projects. Salary is not on time it's two to three months delay. Company accomodation is good . I came back to India but I didnt got any maturity, pending salaries and other benefits like ticket reimbursement....Read More

My experience in Sobha Engineering was excellent. There is good team culture both from HSE , Civil & MEP teams. Only lacking of the company is that Salary is not on time.

Working time starts at 7am and ends at 6pm. There is two breaks at site . Breakfast time is 9am to 9:30am and lunch time is 12:30pm to 1:30pm. Transportation is provided by company if you are staying in company accomodation.

The only positive thing about working with this company is the exposure to handling various problems and issues, which by far is the way the company is run- With problems and only problems.

Team mates - very good team training - only on the job. company doesnt believe in sponsored training job security if medium at middle management level. it is terrible at senior level. hiring and firing culture. only 25% people have stayed for more than 3 years... handful of people more than 5 years.. otherwise the team is changing very 8 to 12 months cycle employees are expected to work more than 200% and even then you will not be appreciated
