Its very passionable and knowledge gaining always. I have learnt techinical aspects and got strong confident on my career that will handle any suituation anywhere in professional as well personal life.

Dislikes

Need to select good skilled and experienced engineers from basic level to manager level irrespective of any type of propject and location. Otherwise need personal developement skill sessions to every individual to maintain their duty, dignity and discipline at work. And need to gain leadership skills through routine academic training.

My company having been taken ample precaution to ensure welfare of the staff against this present critical condition. Administrative staff have been permitted to work from home sufficient protective equipmens were provided to employees who are in close contact with the public. As a safety officer in the firm, who is also responsible for the health & safety of the employees. Necessary classes conducted by health professionals have been provided.
