Work wise there will be a decent learning curve, Fast paced developments and provides good ownership. There are required processes and tools in place which makes work easy. Tech wise you will work on good challenging tasks, there is decent amount legacy code/service but getting upgraded to new versions. Tech Stack is good and as permarket standards. I found the product team little lame, not much innovation they just copy paste other E-commerce companies ideas. Company policy is not very employee friendly rather founder centric, Recently they tried to force employees for RTO which resulted in many voluntarily resignations. Then they paused RTO. Compensation is on the lower side in comparison to other e-commerce or similar product company. Very disappointed. Negative Environment in Taxation Department. Feel like toxic They fire you anything due to company in lossess & low budget, Cash Cruncies. Senior think, she hire you then only you do all work, i have no duty even to check junior work and then fire you if you make even 1 mistake
