Likes

Market share is good as technology is good. Many opportunities available for people at HQ only. Policies are good as compared to peers. Employee rewarding system is available.

Dislikes

Indian management, extensions after retirement, mediocre leadership or self centric leadership.Other locations then HQ are dump yards to dump the rejected or sidelined people from HQ. HR has few non qualified HR with mediocre thinking level. Haan ji, sir ji culture to certain extent! Employee rewarding system is available but is usually manipulated saying only 15-20% people should be selected from a team!! All team members can outperform!!...Read More
