Hypocrisy is the main dampener, they preach great things to the world but are themselves a corrupt company with no ethics. There is huge amount of politics and favorism in the company. Work Details

As HR it was personally very taxing to manage team as it was a very exploitative company. The management and superiors are abusive and toxic. Very unforgiving of mistakes. People keep quitting the company and our role is to fill vacancies.

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance. Unreal deadlines, abusive management. Partiality, no autonomy, micromanagement, following timings is only mandatory for coming in, working and leaving on time is looked down upon, everyone is forced to do sales and cold calling, irrespective of your work profile, even the office admin and housekeeping staff have sales targets.

Office boys touch you inappropriately. Management is very bad , there is partiality, GM of the company is sadistic lady who have not done anything in her life except smmart. She had behaved wrong with so many people also the feedback that i got from all the departments including IT. She bullies freshers and her cute little pet as well. You should think 10099999999 times before join. Stay at home but do not join smmart. Ceo has her own tantrums . Founder sucks . He himself is not smmart ... Company has suffered because of too many experiments it has also lost a lot with unverified collaboration. This all has lead to fall in revenue
