The Smile foundation is one of the leading Ngo in orkin across all the states of India. A friendly working culture, support to downline staff, capacity building of staff and proding their community development service in aspects of Health, Education, Livelihood, women empowerment and child rights with very honestly and meaningful way.

Dislikes

Although foundation is working across of india, but job security is being an issue for all employees especially in feild or outreach offices, sometimes not get support from HO for solutions, life growth or salary increment is an issue if you transfer from one place to other.

Work Details

Accountable for smoothly organiging health camps as per roster plan, liasioning with Govt.health, education officials and local community governance, making aware and motivate community about to healthy lifestyle through conducting meetings and IEC event

Work timings: Flexible Timings
