Travel.Uses GPS tracking on employees.Engineers a travel long distances on bike.Work life balance is discouraging(99 hours(min) working in 11 days! Innovation:None. Politics exists..Work environment is uninspiring.No basic facilities like laptop, internet connection.Lady employees are asked to do the labor work eg arranging brochures (1000s) on shelves etc.

Work Details

It was good learning experience. Readers should understand SMC is leading company worldwide , but Indian management is poor.I think I made a mistake I stayed this long here.
