They were really supportive & helpful during the lockdown but the management is not transparent & the company policies are also terrible

The biggest problem is that the company never gives salary on time & there is no bonus in any time of the year & expenses are also not given & management doesn't address over issues & don't even care to gives response

The job is quite challenging every day there is new problem deal with but it also make work exciting. I learnt everything on the job as there was no formal training. Some permanent issues of the company products are still to be solve

No proper policies. As much as you can bluff and talk you can grow. There is no value and recognition for the people who works. Product architecture will be done by college freshers and the implementation will be done by industry experts.

As with promoter run Indian companies, corporate governance, respect for business ethics and legalities, employee welfare were very poor. Don't want to work for an Indian company after this experience
